Our policy lasts 30 days. Notification within 14 days is required and a further 14 days for you to return the goods. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase without notifying us. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own postal costs for returning your item. Return postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postal costs will be deducted from your refund. Only the first initial postal costs at the placement of the time your order was placed will be refunded.
